Isabelle Ferguson had her first Karndean floor fitted several years ago and now has Karndean flooring in multiple rooms throughout her home.  As part of a project to build a large extension on the house that included a sunroom, an extended kitchen (where they hold cookery demonstrations) and accommodation for their B&B, they needed a floor that was durable, practical and also offered a stylish look in keeping with the rest of the home.

Having researched several options, including natural products, Isabelle decided that a Karndean floor offered the best value for money. Their local retailer was invaluable in advising on the product choice and also informed them of all the positives of owning a Karndean floor.  They also offered a superb measuring and pre-installation service and together with their experienced fitters this meant that the full service was second to none. 

As the sunroom was to be used all year around and had a concrete based subfloor they wanted to use under floor heating to make sure it was always warm.  Having made the decision that one product throughout the kitchen and sunroom area would really enhance the space, they selected Auckland Oak from Karndean’s award winning Van Gogh range which gave them everything they were looking for and more.
